Averaging a constant flow of 75 gpm.”Calculation:30 minutes total cycle-- 18 minutes on-- 12 minutes off.18 min “on” x 125 gal/min =2250 gal/cycle9,620gal = 4.27 cycles to move water to 300,000 gal tank. 2250 gal/cycle 4.27 cycles x 30 minutes = 128 minutes contact timeJohnson Creek should now use 128 minutes for the CT calculations beginning October 1, 2015.
