| Details: | SUMMARY: Survey follow up DETAILS: Tammy completed the certified operator course.System has been maintaining a residual of .4 - .6 for the last couple of weeks. When they took the August coliform sample the chlorine reading was 0. Tammy said the gauge on the new chlorine pump broke but they got it repaired the next day. All deficiencies have been corrected.
