| Details: | SUMMARY: Fluoride testing schedule DETAILS: Willard notified the department that he did not use the well 3rd quarter 2015 and requested permission to forgo collecting the quarterly F sample (wellwas shut off 6/10/15). The system is required to monitor F quarterly when the well is in use (due to high F in the well). I told him ok. He indicated the well would be used again after 10/1/15 and quarterly monitoring will resume. ACTION NEEDED: Resume quarterly F monitoring in 4th quarter 2015 when well is used again. | ||
