| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine quarterly coliform sample positive DETAILS: Spoke to Rick regarding the recent test results. The repeat samples were submitted on 9/1 and all were absent. We discussed the need to submit 5 temporary routine samples in October. I left Rick a voice mail on 9/8, they submitted four repeat distribution samples and a triggered source sample. The requirement for this system would be three distribution and the triggered source sample. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for October test results | ||
