Details: SUMMARY: 2 RP dist and Trigger sample came back + coliform DETAILS: Eston called on 10/5, he said they have not had any work done on the system, no water line breaks or leaked that he knows of. I instructed him to investigate the well head to check for any sanitary seal issues. They are going to investigate then shock chlorinate and collect 5 TR in October ACTION NEEDED: Investigate, shock chlorinate, collect 5 TR in October.
