| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform Alert for Routine Sample DETAILS: Contacted Randy Travis with the Klamath Falls Water Department regarding their sample that tested positive for coliform. Mr. Travis indicated that the laboratory informed him of the positive sample on 10/6/15 and that his crew collected their repeat samples according to their coliform sampling plan. The repeat sampling will include a triggered samples for well(s) serving the pressure zone where the postive sample occurred. ACTION NEEDED: Collect 3 repeat samples and triggered source sample(s). | ||
