Details:	SUMMARY: sig def correction final DETAILS: Notification from Bruce Bugbee, City Councilor, was received that the City has steps in place and have addressed the wellhead protection/setback issue identified during the survey in November 2014. The deficiency has been corrected. Steps taken: verbal contact with adjacent landowners in regards to setbacks and wellhead protection, signage on property denoting wellhead protection area, letter to landowners was sent indiciating wellhead protection, City is working with OAWU on its wellhead protection plan, chemical use has been curtailed in the protection area. ACTION NEEDED: none
