| Details: | SUMMARY: Elevated Pb DETAILS: Sample taken for Pb was 0.0738 test sample date 9/22/15. Sample was taken in the W classroom 678. Joel will investigate to ensure the sink is in regular use and a total of five samples were taken. If he finds the sample was not representive he will request to have the sample invalidated and pull a replacement sample within 20 days. If the sample is found to be valid the system will follow the protocol for Lead exceedance. ACTION NEEDED: system will begin investigation today | ||
