Details:	SUMMARY: Follow up to COLI 14809 DETAILS: Spoke with Chuck and reviewed rule 0036-6-J C. Called lab and they will take 2 additional repeats from distribution and one triggered source sample in addition to the repeat (replacement) they took yesterday. If all these repeats are absent, the rationale for invalidating the sample must be documented in writing and submitted to the DWP. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results of repeats and if absent, submit in writing what happened and why original routine should be invalidated. If approved, 5 temps in November will NOT be required.
