| Details: | SUMMARY: The firm had an Alert for Ethylene Dibromide The firm had an Alert for Ethylene Dibromide DETAILS: The alert on Ethylene DE bromide (EDB) is above the MCL of 0.00005, tested at 0.00006800 mg/L . The system needs to be in compliance for samples after treatment for 4 quarter average . I called Raed, who stated this was a raw sample at the well head, and not a routine after treatment. DWS states this can be sent as information, but will not be recorded. I asked for a confirmation sample to be taken next Tuesday September 8, 2015. I also asked for chlorine residual to be recorded on the sample test report. The system may require a professional engineer to review the system. ACTION NEEDED: The system test for after treatment results will take up to 10 days, so depending on test results, and review of the firms past history , it will be determined at that time if further action is required . | ||
