| Details: | SUMMARY: Deficiency deadline extended DETAILS: Spoke to Kim about the survey deadline of tomorrow. He doesnt remember getting the survey, he thinks maybe Casey got it. I reviewed the deficiencies that needed to be corrected. I re-sent the survey via email along with the ERP, O/M template and link to the online small water system course.
