| Details: | SUMMARY: Elevated Pb DETAILS: Two samples taken for Pb were elevated date 9/22/15. Sample was taken in the office and boys bathroom. Joel will investigate to ensure the sinks are in regular use. If he finds the sample was not representive he will request to have the sample invalidated and pull a replacement sample within 20 days. If the samples are found to be valid the system will follow the protocol for Lead exceedance. ACTION NEEDED: system will begin investigation today | ||
