| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine total coliform positive DETAILS: Emailed Frank on Oct. 15th about routine total coliform positive sample collected Oct. 13th. He emailed me that repeat and source sample from Well #1 (SRC-CA) were collected. Well #2 (SRC-AA) was not in use when coliform positive occured. Received email from Frank on Monday Oct. 19th that all follow-up samples were absent. ACTION NEEDED: No further action. Collect five routine sampels in November. |
