Details: SUMMARY: Total Coliform Alert Repeat Sample DETAILS: Left a message for Tom on 10/19 that two of the repeat samples from the distribution was +TC. They need to distribute a PN provide a copy to me. I reminded him again to take 5 routine samples in November. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on intervention and sample results.
