| Details: | SUMMARY: TC+ alert follow up DETAILS: 4 or 5 temp routines positive in October. Called operator Jim and discussed. He was concerned that there may be some sampling/lab error as they just switched labs. Therefore, they took another round of samples at all the same sites using another lab. 2 of these samples TC+ also on 10/15. Discussed chlorination and public notice with Jim. Sent Jim link to chlorination steps and recipe for 10ppm reservoir and 50ppm well. Will also send PN example. This system only has 14 homes and everyone is aware. ACTION NEEDED: Chlorinate as discussed and take follow up samples to ensure absent after all chlorine is out of system. | ||
