| Details: | SUMMARY: RT Coli Positive DETAILS: I phoned Tom L. on 10/20/2015 and he stated they have given up trying to eliminate potential-contaminant(s). In the next few weeks, by November, they are going to install CL2 -treatment for the system. They are shocking the system, as they did recently (positive hit was immediately after shocking system), and will collect 5 TR in November. They have issued the Tier 2 public notice sign(s). ACTION NEEDED: Collect 5 TR samples and issue Tier 2 public notices. | ||
