| Details: | SUMMARY: review survey deficiencies DETAILS: spoke to Ms. Hanson by phone regarding survey deficiency letter I sent several days ago. We reviewed the list and she described her efforts already taken and intent to comply with the list. She asked several questions specific to the coliform sampling plan, O&M manual, backflow certification report. Explained necessity of tracking on the deficiency report each items corrected and approximate date completed after which send the form back to coos county. I reiterated an email I sent last week regarding the lead copper rule: 10 samples are required this year from separate residences for evaluation as part of the compliance protocol. i agreed to resend the email and also outline requirements in a written letter. ACTION NEEDED: ongoing correction of deficienciessend letter to wildwood outlining next steps for compliance for the lead copper | ||
