Shawn returned call on 9-28-15 to receive instruction for follow up. He stated to his knowledge no disinfection was taking place, as such sampling required for follow up includes:1 SOURCE sample from wellhead.1 REPEAT sample from same tap as 9/22 sample1 REPEAT sample within 2 connections of the 9/22 sample tap1 REPEAT sample from a residence on the other side of water systemThe 4 samples above are to be taken ASAP.If any show coliform present again, please call me to discuss public notice requirements and discussion about corrective measures.October collect 5 TEMPORARY ROUTINE samples scattered from across the property.
