| Details: | SUMMARY: Lead/Copper Sample Count Requirement DETAILS: Review phone message from Ms. Owens from 9/25/15 stating intent to sample for DBP this month, but believed there was a mistake in making DMWD collect 5 lead/copper samples this year. The district purchasing from City of Coquille expected a sample from DMWD collected by the city among the citys other samples to suffice.Left phone message on 9/28/15 to DMWD stating 5 lead/copper samples are due in this sample period. it is fine if any or all are taken by the city as long as the sum collected witching DMWD is 5. ACTION NEEDED: collect 5 lead copper samples this fall. | ||
