| Details: | SUMMARY: RT TC+ alert follow up DETAILS: Routine quarterly sample on 10/15 TC+. System took 4 repeats and one triggered on 10/19 and all absent. Spoke with John and Box R lab and system will take 5 temp routines in November. Not sure what positive may have been from. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 temp routines in Nov. and if all absent can go back to quarterly sampling. | ||
