| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine test was TC+, follow up testing RP- was +, Public notice needed. DETAILS: The system was taking 2 samples per quarter, I explained that only 1 sample was needed. The routine was + for TC, the sample site was not a good site because the aerator could not be removed from the tap. ACTION NEEDED: Repeat was positive, public notice needed. Operator is attempting to have the faucet replaced so if the site is used again the strainer/ aerator can be removed.5 routines are needed in November. | ||
