| Details: | SUMMARY: Survey deficiency follow up DETAILS: Significant deficiencies from 5/21 survey were unsealed well heads. The Varco well was repaired at the time of the survey and photos of the sealed Young wellhead were submitted to me 10/21/15. Openings in wellhead were sealed with silicone. ACTION NEEDED: Continued monitoring for integrity of well and appurtenances. | ||
