| Details: | SUMMARY: Deb Wise called and reported that there were 5 positives for EC (that was corrected to TC). However no source sample was taken. Source/distribution already shocked on 10/20. Then I talked to Kenny. DETAILS: I advised to take the needed source sample on Friday - system closes on 10/26. Mark the source sample triggered. Take 5 temporary routine samples in distribution in November. A Tier 2 notice is needed based on results. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 Temp routine samples in November if still having TC + then a tier 2 unresolved total coliform public notice is needed and is to be distributed and a copy mailed to dwp.dmce@state.douglas.or.us. Call me if further instruction is needed. | ||
