Details: SUMMARY: Request to remove violation number 901431812 from water system DETAILS: Water system received a "Public Notice Late/Nonreporting (Viol # 901431809)" violation for not providing a public notice during the monitoring period of July 1 - July 31. If my knowledge is correct, water systems are to provide public notice to persons served within 30 days after they learn of the violation. My records show that the water system learned of the violation on July 8, 2015 and provided the public notice on August 7, 2015-- exactly 30 days. ACTION NEEDED: Please remove violation number 90143182 from the water system
