| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate monitoring violation DETAILS: This system has been on quarterly monitoring for nitrate after a detection over half the MCL on 5/14/14. We got the 2nd quarter 2015 sample collected 5/11/15, but we did not receive a 3rd quarter 2015 sample (July/Aug/Sept) so the system received a violation. Schedule has been changed back to annual because the last three nitrate tests done have all been non-detects (nitrate is reliably and consistently below the MCL). ACTION NEEDED: In 2016, collect an annual nitrate test and then this violation will return to compliance automatically. | ||
