| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation follow up for no 3rd quarter routine coliform DETAILS: System did not submit routine coliform result for 3rd qtr 2015. Called Scott and discussed. Hes not sure what happened, but may be a result of staffing changes at the lab and no longer on the routine sampling schedule for the system. Scott will take 4th qtr sample asap and look into what happened 3rd qtr. ACTION NEEDED: Take 4th qtr sample asap. If 3rd qtr sample found, submit it as well.
