| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation follow up for no 3rd quarter routine coliform DETAILS: System did not submit routine coliform result for 3rd qtr 2015. Called Bo and discussed. Hes not sure what happened, but may be a result of staffing changes at the lab and no longer on the routine sampling schedule for the system. Bo will call lab and ensure they are on the schedule for 2nd and 3rd qtr coliform and annual nitrate. ACTION NEEDED: Take 2nd qtr 2016 sample early April. | ||
