| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussion of violations DETAILS: I spoke with Tina Young with the City of Bonanza today. They did not open the water up for the park this year. The person who ran the water portion of the park became sick and not able to perform all the functions, so they did not open the park restrooms after they did the first round of sampling. She did not understand why they are in such hot water with the DWS. I explained the Nitrate sampling that they are supposed to be doing on the well each year. They will post the public notice. ACTION NEEDED: 1. Post Public Notice of failure to sample for Nitrate 2. Sample for Nitrate yearly, coliform monthly and assessment yearly 3. KCEH to change status, BBP to inform KCEH when open. | ||
