| Details: | SUMMARY: CHEM6857 --- The 90th percentile of lead samples collected on 8-27-15 tested above the action level. DETAILS: 9-8-15 --- The 90th percentile of lead samples collected on 8-27-15 tested above the action level. Space 13 tested at 0.071 Mg/L. I spoke with Steve Krupicka about this and he informed me that the kitchen tap at space #13 had not been used in approximately one month. I then sent an invalidation request in to DMCE on the basis that the space #13 sample is not representative. 9-9-15 --- Invalidation request approved: I spoke with Steve and discussed collecting the replacement sample. I also sent a letter to John Staver regarding the required follow-up. ACTION NEEDED: See above. | ||
