| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert for Routine Total Coliform - Remain on Boil Water Notice DETAILS: Contacted Mary Woodworth regarding temporary routine samples collected as a result of a confirmed E. coli in the distribution that occurred in September 2015. Ms. Woodworth indicated that the school recently cut into the piping as a result of a pressure tank that was recently replaced. Ms. Woodworth indicated that the school with shock chlorinate and then collect "special" samples to see if the problem was resolved. We also discussed the possiblity of adding treatment if coliform continues to be a problem. ACTION NEEDED: Perform corrective action. System to shock chlorinate the system, flush and then collect "special" samples. | ||
