Details: SUMMARY: Routine total coliform positive sample date 9-25-15 DETAILS: Contacted the operator & let her know to take a source sample at the well & 4 repeat samples in the distribution system. I also let her know to check the chlorinator as the sample showed a very low chlorine residual. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up sample results & respond as necessary.
