| Details: | SUMMARY: routine total coliform positive for sample date 9-25-15 DETAILS: Called the operator & let him know that the routine sample was positive for total coliform. He said that the day the lab pulled the sample was the same day the system was being worked on. He felt that the work that was being done to the system caused the coliform detect. I said that could well be the case. I let him know to take a source sample at the well & four repeat samples in the distribution. I also reminded him to take 5 temp routine samples in October. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary | ||
