| Details: | SUMMARY: MCL- Repeat total coliform positive sample date 9-28-15 DETAILS: Contacted the operator & let her know that all of the repeat samples were positive for total coliform. She said that she is having Crow water out to find out what is wrong with the chlorinator system. She will have it fixed. She said that she had a copy of the public notice & all residents had been notified. I asked for a copy of the notice. I reminded her to take 5 temp routine samples for the month of October. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up sample results & respond as necessary. Obtain copy of notice | ||
