| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine total coliform positive for sample date 9/2/15 DETAILS: Attempted to contact the DRC by phone but the number does not have voice mail. I also stopped by the mobile home park but the operator was not home. Will continue to try to make contact. I may have to contact the Lab to track down the operator if it has changed. ACTION NEEDED: Continue trying to contact the operator. I will mail the current DRC if unable to reach by phone. | ||
