| Details: | SUMMARY: E-coli positive for routine sample date 9/9/15 DETAILS: The operator contacted me to let me know that the routine sample was e-coli positive. The sample was taken in the horse camp. I let her know that a boil was not required unless the source or repeat samples come back positive for coliform or ecoli. She could call a boil if she wanted to & I would back her decision. She decided to call a boil until further sample results were back. I let her know to take a well head sample & 3 repeat samples in the distribution system. If everything comes back clean they can lift the boil. I also asked for a copy of the public notice. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain copy of notice & monitor sample results. | ||
