Details: SUMMARY: Positive Routine Coliform - alert DETAILS: Scottsburg had 2 positive Routine Samples and 2 negative Routine Samples on 10/19/2015. ACTION NEEDED: Operator is going to shock the well 1 week prior to resampling his well in November 2015. 5 Temporary Routine Samples to be taken in November. Public Notice for MCL will need to be issued for October 1st-November 30th.
