Details: SUMMARY: Routine total coliform positive for sample date 10-7-15 DETAILS: Contacted the operator & left him a message. I let him know that the routine sample was positive for total coliform. I let him know to take a source sample at the well head & 3 repeat samples in the distribution system. I also reminded him to take 5 temp routine samples in November. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary
