| Details: | SUMMARY: Temp routine positive for total coliform sample date DETAILS: The Mark from Pyxis called about this sample because the coliform positive sample was a source sample submitted as a distribution sample inadvertently. System chlorinates so I let him know that he contact DWS & resubmit the sample as a source assessment. They will also need another distribution temp routine sample to have five in October. He said he would call DWS & try to get things corrected. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor as needed. | ||
