| Details: | SUMMARY: MCL- Repeat total coliform positive for sample date 10-12-15 DETAILS: Operator contacted me by cell to ask what he needed to do as he got 3 total coliform positive samples. I let him know that a public notice is needed. I emailed him the total coliform public notice template. He indicated that he would have local company disinfect the water system. I recommended that he take a special sample to verify that the disinfection worked. He said that he will. I reminded him to take 5 temp routine samples in Nov. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain copy of public notice. Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary | ||
