Details:	SUMMARY: Water system survey follow up DETAILS: System now has a basic operation & maintenance manual. System operator called to let me know they have installed a source sample tap. I stopped by the water system to take a picture of the new sample tap. System sent a copy of the consumer confidence report to DWS on 4-15-15 & dropped off a copy of the certification on 6-19-15. I sent the cert. to DWS.This leaves only the cross connection ordinance & annual summary report. I let her know to work with Michael Perry to complete this requirement. ACTION NEEDED: Work with operator to correct remaining violations.
