Details:	SUMMARY: Arsenic Treatment PR Follow UP DETAILS: I sent Dick and Shiloh water an email on 10/28 asking for an update on the arsenic POU treatment plan review. Dick called on 10/29 to inform me that he contacted Nathan at Shiloh water to get the plan review material submitted to OHA DWP. I also got a call from Nathan and I put him in touch with James Nusrala (OHA). Dick also mentioned that Shiloh has collected 4 other arsenic tests that were taken to waterlab in Salem. He did not have the date of collection or results handy. I told him that each POU device would need to be tested as part of the plan review. The WS still has a RAA above the MCL and I told Dick he needs to send in copies of his 2nd and 3rd quarter public notices. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on plan review and test results.
