| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine total coliform positive for sample date 7/22/15 DETAILS: Contacted the operator to let him know about the total coliform positive sample. He indicated that the chlorinator has been having problems. He is having the samples taken today. He said they are having the repeat samples take today. I let him know to take a source sample. I also let him know to take 5 temp routine samples next month. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary | ||
