| Details: | SUMMARY: MCL- Repeat total coliform positive for sample date 7/24/15 DETAILS: Operator contacted me to let me know that the repeat samples were positive for total coliform. I let him know that a public notice will be needed. He said that he had a copy of the template so he would take care of that & send it to the State. He said that he is working on the chlorinator as the injection site piping has corroded & needs replacing. I reminded him to take 5 temp routine samples in August. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain copy of public notice. Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary | ||
