| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine total coliform positive for sample date 8/6/15 DETAILS: Called & left a message for Dan to notify him about the total coliform positive. I reminded him to take a source sample & 4 repeat samples in the distribution system. I asked him to call if he is still the DRC of the system because the State site is showing that the system does not have a current certified DRC. ACTION NEEDED: monitor follow ups & check on DRC status. | ||
