| Details: | SUMMARY: Disscussed compliance at the water system DETAILS: I spoke with Derek Den Heyer and Barry Smith (a possible on-site operator) about compliance at the RV Park and recent enforcement actions taken against the park. I explained the need for turbidity to be measured prior to any water storage which is likely a physical repair as well as reporting treatment efectiveness monthly, having a trained and qualified operator, reporting nitrate monitoring results, and issuing a proper public notice to everyone using water at the park. We also discussed the ownership of the park and who will be responsible for ensuring corrections are made. ACTION NEEDED: Follow-up as necessary to determine exactly who is now or who will be responsible for the water system going forward. | ||
