Details: SUMMARY: Routine total coliform positives for sample date 9-3-15 DETAILS: Called the contact & let him know to take a source sample at the well head & 3 repeat samples in the distribution system. I asked him to call back to confirm that he was still the primary contact. I reminded him to take 5 temp routine samples in October. ACTION NEEDED: monitor follow up sample results & respond as necessary
