| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine total coliform positive for sample date 9/8/15 DETAILS: I contacted the operator to let him know about the total coliform positive sample. He indicated that the lab had let him know already & samples were scheduled to be taken today. He know to take a source sample at the well head & three distribution system samples. I reminded him that 5 temp routine samples would be needed for October. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary | ||
