| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine total coliform positive for sample date 9-9-15 DETAILS: I called & left a message for the operator. I let him know that it looks like another routine sample was taken instead of the repeats. With two total coliform positives the system is now a MCL for total coliform. They still need take a source sample. They will also need a public notice. I asked him to send a completed copy to this office/DWS. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain public notice. | ||
