| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine total coliform positive for sample date 9/8/15 DETAILS: I contacted the operator to let him know about the total coliform positive sample. He said that he had been notified by the lab. I let him know that 3 repeat samples would be needed as well as a source sample at the well head. He said that it’s the slowest time of the year so that water is not used very much. He would have the lab up to samples right away. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up sampling & respond as necessary | ||
