| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine total coliform positive for sample date 9-15-15 DETAILS: I called today and spoke with contact, Darlene Watson.She was aware of the TCR, and was planning to take on single repeat sample next Tuesday (9/22). Darlene has been out of town & thinks that the relay switch was “going haywire”, and that someone was working on it that does not know about wells. Suspects may have contaminated that way. I advised Darlene that regulations require 4 repeat & 1 source sample to be taken, but source sample could also be used as a repeat sample (do not chlorinate, under 1000 pop.). ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up results & respond as required. | ||
